FAQs We recently provided you with your User ID and Password for NCS SchoolHouseTM Web Site. If you didn't receive a User ID and Password, please call our technical support number at 800-553-2159, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. CT, or send mail to feedback@support.pearson.com. *2. Why do I have to press the "Complete" button when I am done with enrollment processing? Selecting the "Complete" button lets us know when you are finished with enrollment processing. You can go to the Enrollment tab, then "report" to review the information for accuracy. You may still go back and edit enrollment data after pressing complete. 3. Why doesn't my browser show changes to data? Try refreshing the screen by clicking on the "Refresh" icon at the top of the browser. *4. What if I already sent in the paper form? If you have already completed and returned your paper forms to Pearson via standard mail, thank you for your prompt response. You can still use NCS SchoolHouseTM Web Site to confirm that we have captured your information correctly and completely. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date you mailed your forms for your information to appear online. We encourage you to visit NCS SchoolHouseTM Web Site frequently and we hope you will choose online options in the future. *5. Can I use any computer to upload Pre-ID files? The file must be accessible on the computer that you use to upload, and the computer must have access to the internet. 6. I received a certificate validity error. What should I do? This error message occurs because of a new feature in IE, Certificate Revocation List checking. You need to disable this option to prevent the message. Do this by going to Tools / Internet Options / Advanced / Security. Disable 'Check for Publisher's Certificate Revocation' by removing the check mark in the box next to it. * Functionality may not be available for some assessment programs. |
